Returns & Refunds

At Shadify, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, here's how our return policy works:

Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
- Lenses and earrings (pierced jewellery) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or wrong

How to Request a Return
1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will guide you through the return process
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed

Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it free of charge.
