Shadify Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (since all orders are Cash on Delivery)
- Size or color exchanges are available depending on the item (jewellery and lens products)
